Hiding images and questions on pdf

    Hi

I have created conditional logic to display product images upon checkbox selection, where the user can then configure the size of product for order. It works great upon screen preview/testing the form. But, unfortunately, when the form is submitted and the pdf is received by email all the hidden fields are displayed, making the pdf unusable. I wish to only show the selected (displayed) images/text fields.

My problem is exactly the same as this: https://www.jotform.com/answers/1830194-PDF-Editor-show-hide-Text-Images-and-Headers-based-on-the-conditional-logic-in-the-form but unfortunately the workaround does not work in my case as I wish to display images. Has there been any work done by the developers to overcome this problem since 2019?

    Thanks

    Greetings,

I noticed that you have enabled the Hide Empty Fields option.

Unfortunately, texts, images, and headers are not considered an input fields, they are considered as static field values and therefore, shown as a static section in the PDF regardless of the conditional logic in the form.

I'll add this as a feature request ticket to our developers for possible implementation. Please note that we can't give an ETA for when this will be implemented. Feature requests depend on the workloads of our developers and popularity among our users. But rest assured, we will inform you via this thread once this feature becomes available.

    Thank you. Regards.
