My Account Was Suspended

My account was suspended and I do not know why.

Based on the reasons that you suspend account, none of my forms ask for sensitive information.

Can you help me resolve this.

I’m not sure what that is since only have two forms.
The accounting bookkeeping form and the tax intake form.
None of them have anything asking for password or logins.
I’m not sure how that was able to get on my account so please go ahead and delete it.

I've deleted the fields and lifted the suspension. You should be able to log in this time.
