Upgrade to HIPAA

Hi, I am upgrading our account and this message came up for our form and I am not sure what it means. What will change if I remove these widgets and things like it is requesting?

Mobile responsive widget is moreover not required as our forms are now mobile responsive by default.

The form separator widget just adds additional space between the fields of your form.

If you remove these widgets, it will not affect the functioning of your form.
