Have reached the "login attempt" limit?

    I am unable to log in because I have reached the "login attempt" limit? And have to wait a few hours?

    I had repeatedly logged out/in because my form data was not being saved, so I was saving after every single page to try and get it to work.

    Can you please remove this restriction? I am trying to fill out a form for an important appointment for tomorrow.

    Hi there,

    It seems that the email address darcy@impressdesign.com.au is associated with a guest account which means that it is not registered.

    However, I checked the email logs and I was able to find email notifications from the account username D***y_d***y with the email address d***yep***e@h*****l.com.

    Is that the account you are referring to?

    If so, then kindly use those credentials to login instead of darcy@impressdesign.com.au.
