Account suspension: Collecting Login Credentials

    Hallo Team,

    mein account wurde erneut gesperrt woran liegt es.

    es ist immer dann der fall, wenn ich das from komplett ausgefüllt und abgeschickt habe das es Disabled wird.

    woran liegt es ?

    könnte es daran liegen das ich die ergebnisse an einen Email verteiler schicke ?

    It seems our phishing detector has suspended your account due to your form https://www.jotform.com/form/201611386023040 collecting login credentials which violates our terms of use.

    To lift the suspension in your account, we would have to delete the field or you we can change the label of the field.

    Instead of "Login" we can change it to name.

    yes sure if thats the Only Reason please change the "Login" to Name

    Hey,

    Same issue happend again as I submitted the Form it got disabled again.

    im working at amazon with this form does this matter?

    It seems you have used the logo of Amazon in your email content which triggered the suspension.

    I have removed the image in your email content to prevent further suspension.

    Let us know if the issue still remains.

    its still the issue that form gets disabled after submitting we want to test it at amazon but like this it is not possible please find a solution or we will have to search for alternatives
