Deletion of Data in 7 Days

    Hello, my client just received an email saying that their data is going to be deleted in 7 days because their form has not been used for a year.

    We are currently using their forms, but not under the username "Local250".

    Could you tell me what forms are included in this abandoned forms email?

    We are worried that their data is going to be deleted in the forms that are in use.

    We apologize for inconvenience. I checked the FREE account/username Local250 and I noted that it does not have any form/s under the account.

    On the other hand, your paid account/username ksquaredno1 have the forms.

    Does the account/username Local250 really have form/s?

    Can you share to us the URL link of the form under the account. We will be able to identify the correct account from the form link ID.

    Hi Kevin,

    The form 70739222391153 belongs to the account: ksquaredno1. While the account: Local250 appears to be a sub-user account without any form, therefore can be safely deleted.
