Need help with confirmation emails

    I need a confirmation to go to people each time they register. Right now it seems to be hit or miss. Sometimes they get one, sometimes they don't. The problem seems to affect people who pay with paypal and/or enter multiple dogs.

    I need the confirmations to let the people know what they signed up for and which dog (CALL NAME)

    As per checking, some submissions are in the Pending Payments section:

    Could you please confirm if these submissions you are referring to?

    To automatically mark submissions as completed, make sure you need to enable IPN in your PayPal account:

    https://www.jotform.com/help/276-how-to-enable-ipn-on-your-paypal-account

    Once the submission is completed, it will then trigger that system to send the autoresponder email.
