I don't understand what is this jotform about

I ordered a 12 dollar campaign for my music video. I don't understand what is this jotform about. Please explain?

I assume you filled out a form and got a message to create an account with JotForm, is that correct? If so, you can actually disregard creating an account with us, unless you are interested in using our service, or the form you will fill out requires an account with JotForm.

However, if you have questions with regards to your order, you will have to contact the form owner.

Oh okay. I never initially signed up to this, I just brought a service from
marketpacer and a email from jotform contacted me so I was very confused.
