I can't access my full report survey

    I'm having difficulties in viewing my full report of this link https://www.jotform.com/ibunda/ibunda-satisfaction-survey


    This survey created Dec 31 2019, but the only data i can access only from Jan 8 2021.
    Where is the rest data?
