I cannot login

    I cannot login to my account. I cannot access my forms and I cannot reset my password. It says Too many Attempts when I try to reset it.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have experienced a DB replication lag which caused the issue. However, the issue should be fixed by now. You should be able to login normally and manage the forms.
