Would it be possible to relocate the Live Chat popup to the top.

First I personally I think the Live Chat was a way over due. Now I can get issues resolved very quickly. This is one of the best tools you currently have, THANK YOU.

Just a suggestion, about the 'Live Chat' box. Where the popup locates on your webpages can be annoying. Yesterday when chating with Kevin, we decided to create a ticket. I was not able to create it because the chat window covered the drop down to select that option. Note: At the time I had my screen size larger then normal, so this contributed to the problem. It was larger to assist a co-worker with poor site, to view it. At times with normal screen size, it can cover the save button for certain operations. Because I didn't see it, I didn't think to save my changes and had to do them again. This occurred when creating form conditions and editing a notifers text settings.

So I'm asking if it would be possible to relocate it to the top where other selections. For example the home page.

I understand you want it visible to the users at all times to encourage it's use. I know this is normally where other systems place the box, and quite frankly in some cases it becomes annoying as well. I not an expert on such things, I just wanted to pass along what has happened to me. Maybe the answer is relocating the save button to the top rather then the bottom.
