Hi there,
Good evening! I'm trying to log into my account under the email we.are.hongleong@gmail.com but it appears that my account has been suspended.
I am trying to migrate a Survey Monkey form to JotForm but it was taking really long to generate so I logged out and attempted to login again (based on advice here: https://www.jotform.com/answers/2242185-Is-it-possible-to-import-a-survey-designed-in-survey-monkey-into-jotform) but now my account is suspended.

Hi Meena,
Our automated system suspended your account and deleted the offending form in it. I've removed the suspension from your account now. Let us know if you need further assistance.

I am facing another issue.I am trying to migrate a scholarship application form on Survey Monkey toJotform.
