When I use the import it does not send it over to google spreadsheets as I have it set up. Does the integration not work when you import?

Please note that when you receive submissions on your form, they will be instantly pushed to the provided folder path with the Google Sheets Integration. Accordingly, if you set up Sheet integration after importing your data, your data will be sync automatically.

However, if you import your data after completing your integration, it won't sync. If you let us know which form you are working on, we can sync your data for you to your integration.

We are waiting for your response.

What is am saying is the form, which has worked for a long time and does import into a google spreadsheet, is not populating the spreadsheet when I attempted to Import a spreadsheet into Jotform. Any time we enter something into the form it is working fine. I tried to import a spreadsheet in and it did not populate the google spreadsheet using the integration.

To my understanding, you have imported a submission by using the Import App, is that correct?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. However, only the data from an actual submission or existing submission that is on the form before setting up the Google Sheets integration will be sent over to Google Sheets.

Perhaps what you can try to do is to re-integrate your form with the same existing Google Spreadsheet.

You may need to delete the existing data in the spreadsheet first to prevent any duplicate entry and I would suggest that you try this on a separate spreadsheet first.

Feel free to let us know if you need any further assistance.

So if I enter into the form it populates my google spreadsheet. If I use the Import tool it will not populate the google spreadsheet? You believe re-integrating will solve this? The form and spreadsheet integrate correctly it is only when I import the spreadsheet does not populate. So basically no imports will populate the spreadsheet correct?

    Hello,

    You are absolutely correct.

You would have to first import the data, then re-integrate so that it will force a new synchronization if I might say.

    Hope this helps.

Do not hesitate to reach out if you need further assistance.

Is there a way to use the email responder. We currently have it set to send out a PDF to each order. When we import that no longer works.
