New Form submissions replacing previous data in Google Sheet

I have a form integrated with Google Sheets which has some additional formulas. When I submit a new entry on my form, the new submission overrides the top data in the sheet. I want it to add the data to the already existing data.

The Google sheet integration does not upgrade the existing submissions when a new form submission is made. It adds a new submission to the sheet.
