How can we get our online form to submit? It says waiting... but never submits.

Our website company has put the JotForm on our website. The form changes colors when you go to answer the questions and makes it hard to read... Also, when your hit submit, it says “waiting” and does not submit. Is there anyway to make the signature part an “actual electronic signature? We can go to a black and white for which may solve the color issue problem.
