We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. I have checked the only form in your account and there seems to be a conflict with your conditions.

I see conditions in your form where you are checking if the Appointment field on your form is greater than 0 to show the Yes/No Question before the Appointment field.

    1615147176 604530a88192f zt210307 145749 Screenshot 21

However, there are conditions in your form that will only skip to the Appointment field based on the answer to the same Yes/No Question.

Perhaps we need to ask you for more details about how you would like the workflow of your form to be.

Kindly give us more details so we can help you. Also, just to avoid confusion, you can use the number of the fields to describe the conditions you would like to add to your form.

Very simple . I need 2 types of validation .

One is according to the Appointment field greater than 0 to check whether an appointment has been set in order to show the next question of verification of choosing the right appointment.

Therefore I hide and show the relevant cards accordingly.

Second validation is upon the question to choose from which appointment element to choose.

The flow works well on goggle chrome desktop use or android mobile . The only fault is while pushing back and then the logic fails.

On iPhone it fails from the start to work properly.

    Hi David!

Thank you so much for your patience. I have created a copy of your form and translated it to English to get a better idea of your requirements. I believe we can simplify the conditions on your form, achieve cross-browser compatibility, and even improve the usability slightly!

Please follow these steps very carefully!

    • First thing is a bit of housekeeping. Let's get rid of some fields we won't be using. We can delete the Form Calculation widgets(1).

    127440 chrome rtGCaFbjkS Screenshot 10

    • We will also remove the first Yes/No Question(2).

    127441 chrome AkotOd7sGe Screenshot 21

    • Remove the second Form Calculation widget(3).

    127442 chrome SAGacWWzZU Screenshot 32

    • For the second Yes/No Question field(4), we're going to remove the "||{ltstronggt}||"(5), not sure why that's there.

    127443 chrome uIcpixygJo Screenshot 43

    127444 chrome ZAT57BzOxC Screenshot 54

    • For our last Build change, set the second Yes/No Question to visible(6).

    127445 chrome HCZLwaf1Wu Screenshot 65

    • Next, let's delete all conditions, then we're going to create 3 new conditions to handle all of the functionality. Our first condition should look like this:

    127446 chrome vG6LY0ofZi Screenshot 76

    • Now the second condition:

    127447 chrome dnLOCNEoEJ Screenshot 87

    • The last condition, to allow users to start over if they picked the wrong color or time:

    127448 chrome GlgYELVPvY Screenshot 98

    • Here are the three conditions after we're done:

That should be it! Please try this out and let me know if there's anything else I can help you with!

    Hi,

I have tested the form and it seems to be working correctly on iPhone for me.

Could you tell us which condition are you having an issue with?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Ok ,

For the first issue of rebuilding the form - I would want to try it but something is missing -

    When you told me:

    • For the second Yes/No Question field(4), we're going to remove the "||{ltstronggt}||"(5), not sure why that's there.

That is why there are two different Yes/No question fields because the question validates you choose the right appointment for you and it has to show what has been chosen for the user to verify . The field is different between the two appointment elements and so I couldn't find another solution . On your proposal the question asks but the user can't really know what he choose.

    Regards

Ok , I've changed it according to what you told me even though I need the Yes/No quesiton with the indication of what the user choose.

I'm having a new issue out of the blue with no relevance to the change but The appointment element keeps throwing an error of Incomplete values !!!! Now nothing is working and you can't sumbmit a form .

Tried building a new simple form with the appointment element and it throws the same error.

Please check it asap - looks like it is a problem with the element .

I have to get it back working asap .

    Regards

    David

Thank you . The problem has not been reaolved yet as for the appoinent error upon submitting the form.

Regarding the actial logic you didnt pay attention to the fact that upon asking the user if he's sure about the appointment time I need to show him what he choose according to the selected time window..how can it be done?

We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We will continue to assist you with the issue you are having with not being able to submit your form due to an error in the Appointment field here — https://www.jotform.com/answers/2965882

As for the issue you are having with the conditions on your form, I have checked both forms in your account and I'm no longer seeing two Appointment Fields. The original form now only has this Appointment field

    1615760018 604e8a925fcf5 zt210314 181311 Screenshot 10

It appears that the other Appointment field was removed which resulted in the error on your form's conditions.

Kindly confirm these changes on your form and if you still need assistance in setting up the conditions.

We will wait for your response.
