Thank you page still not showing

    I have created my form (COVID Health Declaration Form) but the "thank you" page still does not appear after the form has been submitted. I want to be able to see the Thank You and confirmation that the form has been submitted, as well as the answers that the person submitted when they completed the form. Please help me with this.

    I have cloned and tested your form and I was able to get the Thank you page.

    May we ask if we can send a test submission on your actual form?

    Hi,
    Ok, you can send a test submission on the actual form. However, I also want the thank you page to display the results so that my staff can view it and see if the person is suitable and not at risk of having COVID.

    Apologize for the inconvniance this may have caused.

    I tested your form and I was able to replicate the issue. The form is stuck on "Please wait" and it will not submit. It seems that the issue is related to Form Encryption.

    I was unable to replicate the issue on my cloned encrypted form, so please disable Form Encryption and re-enable it to see if that will resolve the issue. You can also clone the form, encrypt the cloned form and check if it will work properly.

    However, please note the submitted data will not be displayed on the Thank you page, because the form data is encrypted. If you want to show the submitted data on the Thank You page, you will need to disable Form Encryption.
