Our Google Sheets integration is not updating properly when our form receives submissions

Hello,

We use Google Sheets to print and share the form results with others.

For the last week we have been having errors between or google sheet and the submissions on JotForm. Something will show up on JotForm "Submissions" but not on our sheet. This is causing us a lot of issues.

As you can see in the screenshots from JotForm and Google Sheet, 4 people are missing from the Google Sheet that show up in JotForm. Every day that we have had this issue, it always seeps to be around the 8:00 a.m. hour which I thought was strange.

Have you recently made changes to your form? If so, then you will need to disconnect and reconnect the integration. Regardless, I would also recommend disconnecting and then reconnecting the integration and then please update us if the issue should persist.
