our service with Jot form is down

    Hi,


    Our service is down. Would you please let me know the cause?


    I don't understand why "form views" is a criterion versus "form fills". ... forms should not be being billed for views in my mind.

    Hi,

     

    If we have 13000 pages with Jotform, but not only viewed (visited or clicked) 5000 times of them in a month. Is it considered 13000 views or 5000 views?
