Hi, I have created two forms for my little business on your website now. However I have several options which I was like to add a "I understand" tick option.. how do I do this??

You can use the single choice field. It is a checkbox field in which you can use for your forms.

1- You can click on "Add form element" from "Form Builder"

2- You can use the "Single choice" to add an "I understand" tick option for your forms

As an alternative, you can also use the terms and conditions widget.

Many thanks ! That’s great and it works!! However one quick question is the spacing.

I was the “I understand” tick box close to the details above it but there seems to be quite a big gap? Any idea how I can make it closer?
