Jotforms is not accepting my forms or clients forms. When it did one, it did not save the whole file. Can you please help?

We are sorry for the inconvenience this may have caused. We experienced a heavy load on our database resulting in a 504 error message when the form is submitted. The issue has been fixed by our developers.
Kindly test the form again and let us know if the issue persists on your end.
