Forms will not submit

One of my clients said they were having trouble with their patient forms. Patients would complete the form but then it wouldn't submit or come through properly.

So I ran a test form and it took about 2 minutes and then I received the following error message.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience this may have caused. We have received an update from our backend team that the issue is should be fixed. Please check and let us know if you still experience any issue. We will be happy to take a look again.
