COVID-19 plan limits

    I signed up for the COVID 19 plan for healthcare providers? Does this plan have submission limits? Also, I received notification that my form had been shared to the maximum number of users via email invite. Max of 20. Is that per day or for the life of the form and how would I go about getting more or should we just share the link from our own email? I would like to keep the forms private if possible.

    Hi there,

    The 20 people invite limit is per day. You should be able to invite 20 more people again tomorrow. The limit is applied to the free plans only. The limit is not applicable on paid plans.

    Yes, you can use your own email address to share the form link.

    The form I am working on has not reset the email limit so I have had to make a public form. Is there an issue with the form resetting the email limits? I really don't want this form to vbe shared and used by just anyone.
