Recover a deleted form

    Is there a way to recover a deleted form? The form was deleted several months ago.

    Hi,

    You can recover your deleted forms in 30 days. Unfortunately, if it has been several months, there is no way to recover them.

    To recover a deleted form, in 30 days from the date it has been erased, click on "Thrash" in your My Forms page:

    Click on the checkbox that is next to the form you want to restore, and click "Restore":

    Restored form will appear in My Forms page:
