- I have created a new Jotform and when the submit button is hit, it does indeed go to the Jotform site. However, in the PDF version (which is what we need), even when all of the fields are completed, we are receiving an error code (see below) can someone please help?

- I was able to replicate the problem. I will forward this problem to our Developers and as soon as we hear back from them, we will let you know.
