“Payment pending” but no actual submission

    this is the second time I’ve had someone fill out a form with this issue. I see in my email the “submission”

    but it stays payment pending. When I go to check my submissions, it doesn’t show up. When I check my PayPal, it doesn’t show up. I’m thinking of deleting the PayPal thing at the end—is that messing it up? It shouldn’t be.

    why isn’t it working?

    Pending payments are from those who abandoned the checkout page or did not complete the payment on Paypal. This is also explained here https://www.jotform.com/help/564-how-to-view-incomplete-payments-of-your-payment-forms

    However, if you received their payments on your Paypal account but the submissions still end up pending, the IPN in your Paypal account might be disabled. Please check these FAQs to learn how to rectify it https://www.jotform.com/help/272-paypal-incomplete-payments-faq.
