Dragging Form Elements on a Form

QUESTION. I CREATED A FORM WITH AN ORDER PAGE. WHEN I FIRST STATED MY INVENTORY IS ON TOP NOW IT IS ON THE BOTTOM, HOW FO I SWITCH IT BACK TO BEING ON TOP

You can drag and drop any form element easily by clicking (hold left click). In the below example, I dragged and dropped the Product List element to the top of your cloned form:
