Page not reloading

Hello Jotform,

There is the problem I am facing in loading the page to modify the form. I am able to logged in but can't be able to modify the form, its not loading the page to modify.

Its showing blank, have a look to the screen shot, plz

Please tell me if there is some technical error by yourside. please try to solve it asap
