JotForm Tables: Appointment time is delayed 1 hour

The form is displaying correct times, but on the submission table appointments are showing 1 hour before they should. For instance, 9:45am appointments come through as 8:45am, even though there is no 8:45am appointment time.

I have cleared your form cache. Could you please try to send a test submission to your form?
