    QUESTION 1

Form A: https://form.jotform.com/210636492251149 (Summer Camp Registration)

Form B: https://form.jotform.com/210657310203138 (Sibling Summer Camp Registration)

In Form A Summer Camp Registration, if a user wants to also enroll a sibling, and answers Yes to the sibling question and after the user selects $150 (Full payment), the user can Submit.

The Thank You confirmation should include a URL that will take the user to the sibling registration form and fill in certain duplicate information so the user doesn't have to retype it. (See Conditions)

I cannot verify this is happening. When I go to preview, select fill dummy info, select Yes and Submit, I am taken to Paypal so I don't know what will happen when after the user has paid.

I do not have a sandbox account with PayPal because the PayPal acct is only accessible by the treasurer who doesn't have a clue how to set up a sandbox with Paypal.

How can I verify that when a user wants to add a sibling and has submitted the full payment, the Thank you confirmation will take the user to the sibling form?

    QUESTION 2

There can only be a total of 10 campers (original registrations + sibling registrations), how do I get Form A and Form B to work together to calculate the total of that user's submissions so that we do not overbook? There should also be a Waitlist but I don't have any idea where to put that!

    QUESTION 3

If there is more than one sibling after Sibling Joe is Submitted, if the user answers Yes to the question "register another sibling" on Form B (sibling summer camp form) and Submits will the Thank You confirmation + Url send the user to a Form B to register Sibling Jane?

    Question 4

See Question 2 to calculate the total number of siblings registered by that user.

    Thank You.

1). Your setup won't redirect your users to Sibling Summer Camp form because you've set your condition to "Display a custom message on submission".

You should change it to "Redirect to URL after submission".

2). You can add an inventory widgets on both forms that is required so when form users are filling form A, they would be required to fill the inventory widget on Form A and Form B.

This will give you a limit of the quantity or number of registrations you can receive.

You can check the widget from here https://www.jotform.com/widgets/inventory

3). If you have setup the condition to "Redirect to URL after submission" then it should redirect your users to Form B to fill and submit for sibling Jane for example.

4). You can use the inventory widget so that when the 10 siblings are already filled, the can't proceed with the form since the quantity is already filled and filled is required which will prevent them from submitting the form.

Here's a sample error they will get when they try to fill an inventory widget that has no available quantity.
