The information that is being submitted not being coming through on the forms. The information is available in the email preview - bit does not show up when i open the PDF.

I cloned and tested the form, and all inputs are reflected in the PDF.

We're still having the same issue with some of the forms. Not always the same form. And not happening every time. I wondering if this has to do with the way they are submitting the form? or the device they're using to complete the form?

That could be a possibility, do you have any idea as to what devices were used that had the error so we can try to replicate it?
