PDF not Download

    Hello, I uploaded a PDF to my account to turn it into an online form. It is working great, except that when it hit "Download" it does not allow me or the user to download a copy of the form.

    Hi, thank you for contacting support.

    Are you perhaps trying to download a copy of the PDF version of the submission? Could you please tell us where you are trying to download it?

    Could you please try downloading it from the PDF editor and see if that can help?
