How to change the Currency in Payment Gateway

    Hi, I am trying to do a food ordering form but i am not able to change the currency to SGD (Singapore). Can you kindly advised ? And also can the form be created if there is not payment gateway setup ?

    Hello Jeff,

    I saw Authorize.net as the payment integration in your form. This payment integration does not support SGD. You can check our Payment Gateways Comparison Chart to learn which payment integrations support SGD.

    If you want to be able to use SGD as your currency, please remove the Authorize.net Integration from your form and choose another payment integration.

    Do not worry, your product list will be safe and it will return when you add another payment integration. You may choose another integration that supports SGD. You will see that your product list is the same as before.

    For the second question, a form can be created without any payment integrations. However, if you want to make transactions from your forms, you MUST use an integration method. Collecting sensitive information such as payment information aside from using payment integrations and with form elements such as text boxes would violate the Terms of Use.
