Old version - ability to message

Hi there,

In the old version I was able to write messages relating to each form. Since the new form I am unable to access this facility. Please can you explain how I can access the message facility in the new version?

When I opened a submission on Jotform I used to be able to 'Message' - there was a little envelope icon and I could click on that and write messages regarding each submission. I am not able to do that since the new version, or at least I can't find how to do it.

If you'd like to reply to a user regarding the submission, please go to "Inbox" and "Reply" and contact the form users.

If you are referring to adding messages/descriptions to your tabs in JotForm Table for collaboration purposes, please use "Add Descriptions" from the dropdown menu instead. For more information on adding descriptions, please kindly check the following link.
