Full Name Properties : Require the first name only

    Hi,

    Instead of using the full name in the form First and Last. I only want to ask for the first name of those filling out the form. Thank you for your help.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your inquiry at JotForm support.

    Regarding your inquiry on having the first name field only, the Full Name field is actually meant for a person's name. So, there are the first and the last name fields.

    If you only want to have your users add the first name only, please consider using the Short Text field.

    There's another way to remove the last name field from the name field property using custom CSS code, but it is very complicated and adding the Short Field to serve as the First Name filed is a FAR better choice.
