Jotform Table Formula Stops Updating

Hi, I need help with Jotform Tables. Currently, I am using the table associated with a product order form. I didn't use the shipping function in the form since shipping fees and I am manually entering the amount in the table (in Shipping Fee column). I added another column, Total Amount, with a formula that adds the Shipping Fee with the Order Total (amount taken from the Order Form). It works for awhile then it stops working on new submissions. What should I do? Thanks!
