Some of our appointments are being changed to an hour earlier than users have entered into the online portal. How do we fix this?

    I cloned your form and tested it but was not able to reproduce the issue.

    I got that same selected time in the email and also on the form submission page:

    There are over 1100 submissions on your form. Could you let us know few submissions where you have noted this 1-hour difference in the selected time? You can let us know the submission IDs (here is how you can get the submission ID: https://www.jotform.com/help/549-where-to-find-the-submission-id)

    Also, are you getting this different time on the email or the form submission page?

    we're getting the incorrect time on both the email and submission page. Here are a couple submission IDs in which the time has been changed to a time that's not an available appointment and one that is incorrect. It now appears all the recent appointment times are being changed to 1 hour before the actual requested time.

    I cleared your form cache on our end. Could you please check it again and see if the issue still persists?
