I am getting error 404 when I try to down the Jotform contents to a CSV or excel. What is the solution?

    If you own the file, please make sure you are logged in to your Jotform account so you can download the file. If you want your files to be immediately accessible without logging in, you need to unrequire the login in your privacy settings. Follow this guide: How to Unrequire Login to View Uploaded Files
