Input Table using 2 different input

Hi,

I would like to use the input table in my form but using 2 different inputs.

What I'm trying to achieve is this:

Column 1 would be a checkbox Column 2 would be a number.

Is this possible to apply? Can you advise how this can be done please.

If this is not possible can you advise other way to achieve this.

I understand a checkbox and input box can be used separately but I would prefer this 2 beside each other to make my form shorter and more user friendly.
