Cannot download templates

    Hi I am having problem downloading templates I'm on the free plan

    I need a payment system set up for a company but every time I try to download the template nothing happens could you kindly assist me, please. Is there restriction for the free plan user

    Please kindly provide the URL of the template that you are referring to.

    Please also try to download it from different browsers as that may solve your problem.
