We are unable to capture payment through our PayPal from our Jotform Site.

To whom it may concern,

We are unable to capture payment through our PayPal from our Jotform Site. It is causing an error every time we try. We've talked to PayPal customer service and said it was our website issue. We have just disabled our authorization for now because we have several payments we are unable to capture when the authorization was turned on.
