Password issue - ASAP!!!

    We changed the password because of lockout of account - too many wrong password attempts. Password was reset, but the computer (and another one at the site) where the lockout occurred are still not allowing us access to the account. Off-site and an ipad on site are allowing us access.

    Can someone please help?
