How do i free up space on my jotforms account?

    We are running the free jotform and we have run out of submissions. I deleted the incoming submissions and it still says we are out of space? How can we free up space to use again?

    Hi there,

    Happy to help!

    I see that you are over limit on two limits:

    • your form upload space: please ensure that you have downloaded all form uploads and then deleted them from your account. You may also need to ensure that your submissions trash folder is clear as well
    • you are also over the 1,000 monthly form views: this will reset on the first of the new month

    Could you please ensure that all submission uploads are downloaded and deleted from your forms and try again? I do still see some submissions remaining in your account.
