HIPAA Account: Account locked

    Locked please open. Could you please determine why this is happening. We have not tried 10 times and are well aware of the password.

    HIPAA accounts are automatically locked by the system if someone has been entering an incorrect password too many times.

    Are you the only one who has access to your account or knows your account username or the email address linked to it?
