    What is the best field to use in jotform that can be matched up to 'tag' the contact in Insightly?

    Hello,

    Thank you for reaching out.


    It depends on what you would like to do.

    If you want a "freeform" style of tag, you can put a short text field, and the user will have to enter their tags like this: tag1,tag2,tag3 as putting a space adds a _ on the tag field in Insightly.


    If you already have a defined set of tags, you can choose the Multiple Choice field.
