After doing up the E-signature widget, how can i send it to the multiple employees to sign on it? what if they do not have company email? Please advise. thanks.

Hi,
You can share the form with anyone you want after adding e-signature. There is no constraint that they have to have the company email to sign it, unless you impose such an obligation.
Here is how you can share the form:
1. On the Form Builder, click PUBLISH at the top.
2. Then, click EMAIL on the left nav.
3. Click the SHARE ON EMAIL.
4. On the next page, customize the Email subject, Email content, and recipients.
