Styling issue on my oppo device.

Yes its the issue with styling that I am facing in my oppo device but in iPhone its showing every thing right but in oppo device its not working well please help and tell me what will be the reason?

By default, Jotform is already mobile responsive, but if you are having a styling issue, it's possible that you have it embedded on a site. Can you please share to us the website URL where your form is embedded so we can check.
