Cancel subscription, paypal charges by Jotform.

We use Jotform to collect data of people.

People submit form and have a choice to subscribe.

Sometimes they subscribe in the form and they get charged..we know you guys have integration with PayPal.

Question: these clients ask us how to cancel subscription to Paypal?

Can you please clarify..step by step or share a link so they can cancel subscription and get any refund they have paid....

This cancellation can come after 1 month subscription..or 6 months down the line...

We are struggling with your Jotform on how to cancel it.

Hi, we want the Client to fill in the form and select on their own the subscription option in the screen shot shown.

Then we want the client to go to their subscription and cancel on their own.

Our company does not have time to listen to each customer and then log into Paypal and cancel for each subscription.

Please help!!!

They would need to log in to their PayPal account and cancel the subscription there.
