I'm trying to use the Shuffle Widget to only shuffle the star ratings on my form

4) One more thing : I'm trying to use the shuffle widget to only shuffle the star ratings, while I keep the name, email, country etc. fields where they are (which means, at the end of the form). I tried to add them to the exclusion in the widget but it didn't work and it kept shuffling. Can you help?

To meet your requirements, please exclude the fields on your forms that you do not want to be included in the shuffle by:
