copy link not working

I copied the link from one of my forms and shared it with someone who is unable to open the link. I wonder if it has something to do with the icon in front of the filename, it is not yellow like the rest of my icons. Can you tell me if this is the problem, and if so, how I can fix it? I uploaded a screen shot of the page for reference to the yellow icon.

Yes, this is the problem (the icon is not yellow). It means that the form is disabled.
